The hotel of the founders of the town

We are the boutique hotel of the founders of the town, where you will live a unique experience by connecting with nature and our Antioquia traditions in splendid and typical white houses, with colored skirting boards, intricate interior corridors with mud and stone floors, tiles in colorful mosaics, beautiful and typical central cobbled patios, some with their beautiful fountain where you will be served with the special and typical affection of the Antioqueños.



It is still common to find Andrés and his wife Adriana on the side of the main park acting as hosts at their Hotel De Cauca Viejo Fundadores, enriching with delicious anecdotes the story of his father's great dream. The quixotic story of his father Rodrigo's great dream, which was to “found a town” and what that adventure was like for the three of them.

Our restaurant

Our menu is designed by Colombian chef Alvaro Molina, icon of the rescue and promotion of Colombian cuisine. A magical reunion with the flavors, the presentations and the delicacy of gastronomy.

Most of us buy the inputs we need directly from the peasants of the region.

Our kitchen team, made up of women heads of families from the region, contribute with their centennial legacy of seasoning and colors.

We have a menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
