The hotel of the town's founders
We are the boutique hotel of the town's founders, where you will live a unique experience by connecting with nature and our Antioquian traditions in splendid and typical white houses, with colorful baseboards, interior corridors with clay and stone floors, colorful mosaic tiles, beautiful and typical cobblestone central courtyards, some with their beautiful fountain where you will be treated with the special and typical affection of the Antioquians.
It's still common to find Andrés and his wife Adriana on the edge of the main park, hosting their Hotel De Cauca Viejo Fundadores, enriching the story of their father's great dream with delightful anecdotes. The quixotic story of his father Rodrigo's great dream, which was to "found a town," and what that adventure for the three of them was like.
Our restaurants
Our menu is designed by Colombian chef Álvaro Molina, an icon of the rescue and promotion of Colombian cuisine. A magical reenactment of the flavors, presentations, and exquisite cuisine.
We mostly buy the supplies we need directly from farmers in the region.
Our kitchen team, made up of women heads of household from the region, contributes with their centuries-old legacy of flavor and color.
We have a menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
