Picnic

We have designated and equipped spots around the town, in the shade of large trees or on the banks of a small stream, with unique views of the town, the Cauca River, and the mountains.

Patch in the ravine

The Cruces stream bathes the town with rich, cold waters that originate in Jericó, forming pools to enjoy in the middle of the forest, accompanied by a typical Antioquian fiambre (cold meat) in the best style of our grandparents.

Hiking and bird watching

Colombia is the country with the greatest bird diversity in the world, and the town's ecological trails allow you to take advantage of this privilege. Early in the morning, you can spot beautiful birds that inhabit the town and its surrounding areas.

Bicycle tours

Southwest Antioquia is one of Colombia's favorite regions for cycling, offering routes to different towns with a variety of inclines. We have a vehicle-free trail, making it a safe area for children.

Willys ride

Enjoy a Willys tour through the town streets, the La Ermita district, and the El Morro neighborhood—where the town viewpoint is located—Cauca Arriba, and Cauca Abajo—where the ecological trail along the banks of the Cauca River is located. During the tour, we'll explain the town's history, Antioquian architecture, and its main features.

Fishing

Within the town, we have beautiful beaches for fishing, and there are three lakes for this sport. The banks of the Cauca River are perfect for more advanced anglers.

This activity involves a spectacular visit to gigantic rocks located in Fredonia. You'll be accompanied by specialized guides who will advise you every step of the way and take you through unexpected challenges.

Coffee experience

Visit the coffee plantations, enjoy a traditional lunch, and enjoy a coffee tasting at a traditional coffee farm in the municipality of Fredonia. You can also take a horseback ride through the farm.

Heritage Villages Tour

Take a guided tour of Jericó and Jardín, two of the 17 villages that make up the Colombian Heritage Village Network. They are located 40 minutes and 1 hour and 15 minutes from the hotel, respectively.
