What is the hotel's policy regarding early arrivals and late departures?
Early check-in: Subject to availability from 1:00 pm, before 1:00 pm an additional 50% will be charged on the rate.
Late check-out: Free of charge, subject to availability until 3:00 pm. After that time, an additional 50% will be charged.
What is the minimum age to check in at the hotel?
18 Years
Minors: If you are traveling with your child(ren) under 18 years of age, you must present the minor's identification document (civil registry) that proves the relationship. If the minor(s) are not traveling with their parents, you must submit to reception, in addition to the minor's identification document (civil registry), the parental permission, which must be authenticated by a notary and accompanied by a copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. If you are a foreigner, you must present an equivalent document. Minors are not permitted to enter the hotel without this documentation. If the Client does not present any of the documents indicated here, the Hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to the person or persons in the group who do not present all the documents. In accordance with the provisions of Law 679 of 2001 to Prevent the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents and its concordant regulations.

No, the fee is $10,000 per day per vehicle, which will be charged to your account for payment at checkout.
How long does it take from the airport?
By bus the trip is approximately 4 hours, by taxi or private car approximately 2 hours.
Do you offer private transportation service?
No, but we can help you manage it with a third party.
