About us

We are Andres Restrepo Ochoa, real estate and rural builder and Adriana Toro Zuluaga, lawyer.

We were the creators of the real estate project "Parcelación Pueblo Cauca Viejo", which we managed, sold and built.

As a result of the real estate project, we created a new company with our own brand "Cauca Viejo" which is "Cauca Viejo SAS" which has two lines of business: real estate and tour operator.

Our history

In 1998 my father Rodrigo Restrepo Puerta, decided to found a town in Jericó, Southwest of Antioquia, on the banks of the Cauca River, despite the difficulties and calling it crazy, together with my father, my wife Adriana and I, we managed to carry out this great quixotic dream.

Our objective when building the Cauca Viejo town was to rescue the time from 1880 to 1930, which was the 50 years of the time of the Antioqueña colonization, when the Antioqueños from Oriente and Medellín came out to colonize all the towns of southwest Antioqueño and reached Cali.

With the Cauca Viejo people

In Jericó we rescued the typical design of a Colombian town, with its cobbled streets, main park, church, priest's house, sugar mill, ecological trails, tennis courts, soccer, lakes, among others.

It works as an urbanization and our company Cauca Viejo Inmobiliaria managed, sold and built the Real Estate project called Pueblo Cauca Viejo. It is a residential and tourist town from which our Restrepo Toro family created the tourist company and continued with the real estate.
