Who we are
We are Andrés Restrepo Ochoa, a rural real estate and construction company, and Adriana Toro Zuluaga, a lawyer.
We were the creators of the “Parcelación Pueblo Cauca Viejo” real estate project, which we managed, sold, and built.
Following the real estate project, we created a new company with our own brand, "Cauca Viejo," which is "Cauca Viejo SAS." This company has two business lines: real estate and tour operator.
Our history
"In 1998, my father, Rodrigo Restrepo Puerta, decided to found a town in Jericó, southwest of Antioquia, on the banks of the Cauca River. Despite the difficulties and despite being called crazy, my father, my wife Adriana, and I managed to realize this great quixotic dream.
Our objective in building the town of Cauca Viejo was to rescue the period from 1880 to 1930, which were the 50 years of the Antioquian colonization era, when the Antioquians from the East and Medellín went out to colonize all the towns of southwestern Antioquia and reached Cali."
With the people of Cauca Viejo
In Jericó, we've recreated the typical design of a Colombian town, with its cobblestone streets, main park, church, rectory, sugar mill, ecological trails, tennis courts, soccer field, lakes, and more.
It operates as a residential development, and our company Cauca Viejo Inmobiliaria managed, sold, and built the real estate project called Pueblo Cauca Viejo. It is a residential and tourist town from which our Restrepo Toro family created the tourism company and continued with the real estate business.
